It hurts πŸ˜” to lose great real life friends and realizing how I barely know anyone genuine πŸ§©

I realized the in last couple days how incredibly uncomfortable I get when someone talks to me about inappropriate subjects and top of it basically insulting my mom. Barely got any friends in real life the ones I do have are very vulgar and decides it’s necessary to give me life advice some of which is ridiculous that others would be insulted by so I don’t know what to say in that situation except just listen while syncing it in; maybe I should have more guts when in a unsettling conversation. Just getting off my chest how evil my life can be without realizing it till the next day being the way I am 😰! Hope everyone else has amazing friends and marriages πŸ˜‘! #Autism #Depression #Lonely #Thursdaythoughts #Petrified #Blogging

Hey, although the realisation of having good people around you may be limited what you do have is you… I perfectly good human that loves you and supports you. Search for your centre, who you are and what you believe in and you’ll find once you find your meaning all of a sudden the thoughts and opinions of those β€˜not so much friends’ will be entirely irrelevant. I promise. You will attract others that you need simply by living your love and loving yourself. I hope you feel better soon, remember, you first, find yourself.

I found you by your post tags ☺️ I wrote what I wrote because I know and I give a shit. My life is centred around mental health, I’m not far off getting my license to become a therapist so you could say I know a thing or two after many years in the field. You matter, your life matters, no matter what you were graced with.
I also believe it’s extremely healthy and important to β€˜vent’ how you feel. I’d use my blog and an example but I just wiped it to start again by capturing expressions. They call it expressive arts therapy. Anyways, know your worth my friend, you too are wonderful.
And yes, twitter needs an edit button also!

You can guarantee people are reading what you write, even if they don’t pop a β€˜like’ on it. You should post more, not for them but for you… post for you. They will come. I never post for others, comment on others yes, but my posts are my own expression, if people enjoy them that’s a bonus but I’m just happy putting something out there that someone may relate too, even if I don’t myself, but I find meaning it and it’s special to me. I’ve had this blog for 7 years.. and it’s hand MANY clears, and I’ve started over many times and that probably due to my own changing and my own perception of what matters to me.. it’s like an old faithful friend.
